Secure Travel Program

This coverage provides access to New York Life’s Secure Travel worldwide assistance program, available when you travel more than 100 miles from home. Services include pre-trip support like visa and inoculation requirements, cultural and weather info, and currency exchange rates. While traveling, you can access emergency translation, embassy contacts, urgent message relay, travel arrangements, lost item recovery, legal and medical referrals, emergency cash advances up to $1,500, medical monitoring and payments up to $10,000, and prescription replacement assistance. International SOS

International SOS provides global medical and security assistance for Hexcel employees, particularly those traveling internationally or stationed abroad. The service includes:

• Emergency medical evacuations

• On-the-ground support during natural disasters
• Health and safety risk management
• Travel risk intelligence and crisis response

These services are designed to supplement Hexcel’s existing BTA coverage, which includes life and AD&D benefits.
