Virtual Visit Cost

Virtual visits for those enrolled in both the High Deductible Health plan and PPO plan will be covered at a $20 co-pay, not subject to deductible.

You must use Anthem Live Health providers for this co-pay to apply. You also can have a prescription sent directly to your local pharmacy, if appropriate. To take advantage of this service, register online at livehealthonline.com or call 888-548-3432. You will need your member ID during the registration process.
