Support your overall wellness with Hexcel’s comprehensive wellness program, integrated with Health Advocate services.
Employees and spouses enrolled in Hexcel medical plans can register on Health Advocate and complete well-being activities, and earn up to 300 points or $300 in healthy rewards.
WellHexcel features include:

To begin, complete any combination of activities as outlined below. Hexcel providers will automatically report your Annual Physical and Preventive Exam Activity to Health Advocate three months postdate of service.

Sync a fitness device/app such as FitBit, Garmin, MapMyRun, Apple Health & more for easy tracking! Time exercised can be tracked without a device. |

| Biometric Health Screening or Hexcel Workplace Events Screenings can occur at work, at a participating LabCorp location or at your physician’s office (between November 1, 2025 - October 31, 2026). Screening results through your workplace or LabCorp lab will be submitted directly to Health Advocate for you. Refer to healthadvocate.com/members for more information. OR Participate in local wellness activities such as 5K walk/runs, health fairs, blood drives, lunch-and-learns. Stay tuned for opportunities! |
